FilmSound.ai sells desktop software applications as one-time purchases. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 2 (two) devices. The license is perpetual for the version purchased and includes free updates within the same major version.

3. Free Trial

We offer free trial versions of our products with limited functionality. The trial allows you to evaluate the software before purchasing. No payment is required to use the trial.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by the payment provider based on your location.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us at info@filmsound.ai within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Since a free trial is available, we encourage you to test the software before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by FilmSound.ai are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute our software or any part thereof.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in session conversion, we recommend verifying converted projects before use in production. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of our software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilmSound.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
