FilmSound.ai is a one-person studio: Alex (Aleksei) Breitburg. I build professional tools for film and television audio post-production, and every product I ship solves a problem I have run into first-hand — in the edit suite, on the mix stage, or while collaborating across DAWs and platforms.

Interchanger was born from years of frustration with cross-DAW session exchange. Existing converters are Windows-only and require emulation layers to run on Mac. I decided to build a natively compiled solution — first on macOS, now on Windows too — that reads and writes each project format directly — Pro Tools (.ptx), Reaper (.rpp), Cubase (.cpr) and Nuendo (.npr) — parsing the binary without requiring any DAW installed, and moving tracks, routing, automation, clip gain envelopes, fade curves and surround panning across intact.

WindowCast grew out of daily work on Apple Vision Pro. Mac Virtual Display is great for a single screen, but post-production workflows often need a dedicated video reference window alongside the DAW timeline. WindowCast fills that gap with low-latency streaming of any macOS window into the visionOS spatial environment.
